UX research

I pay attention to every detail of User Experience and care a lot about making it as good and inclusive as possible. Like in nuclear physics, designing a good UX is an experiment of its own, which requires simultaneous focus on small details and the big picture.

The basic steps of the process are the following:

  1. define the main objectives;
  2. construct a hypothesis based on best design practices;
  3. build an experiment to collect the relevant usage data;
  4. analyse the data to validate the hypothesis;
  5. combine the initial hypothesis with the data-driven evidence into the final design.
